Anger said, I’m no more
Kindness said, I’m here
Compassion said, I’m near
Hate spoke with remorse,
it wasn’t what I was looking for
Jealousy said, I bid adieu
as I leave you
Confusion said, I’m lost
didn’t want to be here at all
Pain said, I’m sorry
but I had to be part of your journey
Soul said, lift me higher
Spirit said, I’ll fly
Love said, I’m here
see me in your eyes
Past said, leave me here
don’t want to stay with you
Today said, embrace me
I am here for you
Tomorrow said, to know
that it’s all about letting go
Future said, I’m so bright
you better hold on tight
Trust said, you can have me
Faith said, I belong to you
Love said, I want to be everywhere.
