I have learned I am continually learning. EVERY. SINGLE. DAY.

I have learned a positive attitude is the best medicine for healing ones health.

I have learned through perseverance and never giving up goals are achieved.

I have learned everyone has secrets, wounds, scars and fears, and we must all learn to be more compassionate and less judgmental.

I have learned unconditional love is the most valuable gift in the world.

I have learned if you lose your health, you lose everything.

I have learned if you follow your passion, you will always be happy.

I have learned life is short. Plan like you will live forever, but live like every day is your last, cherishing every moment.

I have learned travelling is an amazing way to open your eyes, your heart, your mind and soul to a whole different world from the one you exist in.

I have learned I am so blessed to have so many amazing friends in my life from my childhood to present day. Some near, some far but, each one holds a special place in my heart.

I have learned the way someone treats a person, who can do absolutely nothing for them, speaks volumes about their character.

I have learned it is the ‘LITTLE’ things that count.

I have learned even in the most dire of situations, to always look for the good.

I have learned making eye contact, smiling and saying someone’s name can have a greater impact on someone’s day/life than we may ever know.

I have learned your life can be altered forever in a matter of minutes by people you do not even know.

I have learned holding ones tongue when angry till cooler heads prevail has saved many relationships.

I have learned everyone is unique and regardless of their race, gender, religious views, socio-economic status, political views, sexual orientation, or ethnicity everyone deserves to be treated as a human being belonging to one race, the HUMAN RACE.

I have learned almost everything in life happens for a reason to make us who we are, and timing really is everything.

I have learned happiness is a choice. If you look for the negative in life, you will find it. If you look for the positive in life, you will find it.

I have learned sometimes in life we have to forgive ourselves in order to move on. Live with no regrets. Mistakes are simply lessons. Learn from them.

I have learned my best friends and I can do anything or absolutely nothing and still have the best time.

I have learned no matter the distance, or how much time has passed true friendships will last a lifetime.

I have learned you should always leave loved ones with loving words for it may be the last time you see them.

I have learned no matter how badly your heart is broken the world will not stop for your grief.

I have learned two people can be looking at the exact same thing and see something completely different. And that is OK.

I have learned even when you think you have nothing left to give, when a friend is desperate for help you will find the strength to be there for them.

I have learned our circumstances and backgrounds may have influenced who we are, but we are responsible for who and what we become in life.

I have learned true heroes are people who do what has to be done, when it needs to be done, regardless of the consequences.

I have learned regardless how many compliments or how much praise I have received in my life, negative comments will always come to mind first. So remember three things before you speak: ‘Is it true? Is it necessary? Is it kind?’ ~ unknown

I have learned everyone faces challenges and obstacles in life. It is how one chooses to accept and deal with them that will determine if they will become a victim or a survivor.

I have learned everyone learns differently and it takes only one person to recognize it and a life can be altered in a positive direction.

I have learned hugs really do heal.

I have learned laughter is truly contagious, and that is a good thing.

I have learned the people you care about the most in your life are taken from you far too soon.

I have learned it is always best to take the high road when dealing with people who have jealousy or insecurity issues.

I have learned Don Miguel Ruiz’ ‘Four Agreements‘ have a lot of merit to them:

  1. Be impeccable with your word
  2. Don’t take anything personally
  3. Don’t make assumptions
  4. Always do your best.

I have learned gratitude is the best attitude.

I have learned intuition is a powerful gift and to trust it implicitly.

I have learned when you are in love, it shows.

I have learned life is a gift. Cherish it. Every minute – make a new memory. Live life to the fullest.

I have learned if you want to grow as a person, surround yourself with people who are smarter than, and different from you.

I have learned making someones day better makes my day better.

I have learned some heartaches are never forgotten, but with love and time the pain will eventually lessen.

I have learned everyone needs friends to act silly and goofy with.

I have learned it is all about priorities, no one is ever too busy.

I have learned life is about choices. Choose wisely.

I have learned if you don’t ask…the answer will always be no.

I have learned you can see into someone’s soul through their eyes and smile.

I have learned letting go takes a lot more strength than hanging on.

I have learned living outside my comfort zone is the best way for me to continue growing, expanding and living my life to the fullest.

I have learned being in love with potential only leads to unachievable expectations.

I have learned whenever I am dancing I am happy and free.

I have learned love comes in many forms and to be grateful for all who have loved me, and for all whom I have loved.

I have learned sunny days make me the happiest, but without a LITTLE rain, the flowers wouldn’t bloom.

I have learned being out by the ocean or walking in nature is the best cure for any ‘human’ emotion one is feeling overwhelmed by.
